One of the favorites here in our house. Tested on multiple occasions.
Needed
- Ground beef ( about 250 gr pp)
- Seasoning
- Mozzarella
- Baconstrips
- Pesto for garnishing ( you could use tapenade as well)
Make two beef patties of the seasoned beef. Cut the mozzarella in slices of about half a cm. put a slice of mozzarella on top one beef patty, cover with the other beefpatty. Close the edges and wrap the burger with the bacon until totally covered. (See Below)

Grill
For Garnishing put one slice of Mozzarella and some Pesto on top of the burger.

Very nice with sweet potato fries and green salad.
